Get to know Natalia

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. You might be wondering where to start or whether you’ll know what to say. You don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out before we begin.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are. I take a warm, collaborative, and curious approach to therapy, working alongside you to better understand your experiences and move toward the changes that matter most to you. Together, we’ll go at a pace that feels supportive, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, identity, and life transitions. As someone with lived experience of disordered eating and as a Latina immigrant woman, I understand how our relationships with food, our bodies, and ourselves are shaped by culture, lived experiences, and the messages we receive from the world around us.

My approach draws from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and parts work, adapting these approaches to meet your unique needs rather than expecting you to fit into one way of doing therapy.

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and am providing therapy as a Student Therapist under the supervision of Monique Kaye-Robinson, Registered Psychotherapist.

Whether you’re looking for support with a specific challenge or feeling unsure on where to begin, I’d be honoured to be part of your journey.
