Get to know Jennifer

Life challenges can be difficult to navigate, and you do not have to face them alone. If you need a place to talk and feel understood and feel aspects of anxiety, stress, relationship problems or difficult situations, I offer a compassionate and supportive space where we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.

I have over two decades of experience in counselling, education, crisis support, and helping professions, and bring professional training and lived experience to support you. I understand that every person’s story is unique, and I believe therapy should be tailored to your individual goals, values, and circumstances.

I provide support for individuals seeking brief, solution-focused counselling as well as those looking for ongoing or longer-term therapy focused on personal growth, resilience, and lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-informed therapies to meet your needs.

Feel free to reach out so we can discuss your situation and the support and connection you are looking for.
