I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a graduate student in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Social and Personality Psychology, which has provided a strong foundation for understanding human behaviour, relationships, and personal growth. Originally from Zimbabwe, I bring a deep appreciation for the diverse experiences, cultures, and identities that shape who we are. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges related to self-esteem, identity, relationships, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and overall emotional well-being.
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I value building genuine therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward the life they want to create. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking greater self-understanding, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.
