Get to know Zoey

Hi, I’m Zoey.

You deserve a space where you feel supported, understood, and truly seen. Life can feel heavy at times, whether you’re navigating stress, relationship or family dynamics, big transitions, or simply trying to find balance. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and it’s one you don’t have to take alone.

In therapy, I aim to create a welcoming space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. You bring your experiences, questions, and challenges, and together we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want. My focus is on helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

I have experience working with children, families, and neurodivergent clients, and I deeply value the different ways people think, feel, and experience the world. I enjoy helping kids and families build resilience, supporting parents through life’s ups and downs, and working with teens and adults who are seeking clarity, growth, and connection. My approach is collaborative and client-centred; your goals and needs always guide the process.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or transitions, therapy can be a place where you feel safe to slow down, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

Outside of the therapy room, I find balance by practicing mindfulness, staying active, and unwinding with crochet projects. These practices keep me grounded and creative, and I often draw from those values in the work I do with clients.
