Get to know Zahrah

Hi! I’m Zahrah Ally, a practicum student and MA in Counselling Psychology candidate, supervised by a Registered Psychotherapist. I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you can slow down, be seen, and build tools that truly fit your life.

You might be juggling school, work, relationships, maybe under pressure, coping with anxiety, or feeling stuck in loops of self-doubt or overwhelm. I’m here to help you pause, make meaning of your experience, and gradually step toward more balance, confidence, and agency.
