Do you find yourself feeling lost, stressed or disconnected from yourself or others lately? Do you find yourself struggling with prioritizing your needs, often putting them at the bottom of your to-do list? More and more people are finding it harder to manage their relationships, careers and lives. Pushing away your needs can create long-term challenges for your mind and body. Sometimes, we might need support and guidance to navigate through these barriers.

As a South Asian woman who immigrated to Canada at a young age, I can understand the challenges in growing up between two different worlds. Central to my approach is empathy and collaboration, wherein the priority is to create a space that is both compassionate and transformative, guiding clients toward lasting change in a way that honors their individuality.

I understand that taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone in this journey. I’m here to listen and guide you in a way that feels safe and empowering. I hope to make this step easier by offering a sliding scale to best meet your financial needs. If you’re ready to take that step, I invite you to reach out and schedule a free 15-20 min consultation —let’s start the conversation.
