I am currently a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology candidate entering my practicum term under the supervision of Dr. Tina Rochford (CCC). I invite you to discover a compassionate, personalized approach to mental health care by allowing me to guide you on your journey to wellness. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety or depression, coping with chronic illness, pain, or grief, or managing the challenges of Autism or personality disorders, I will help you develop practical coping skills and strategies. I utilize an integrative, holistic approach that considers your physical well-being, your emotional struggles, and your current abilities and resources. My colleagues and clients describe me as warm, fun, compassionate, and skilled.
