Hi, I’m Victoria. I help my clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Whether you’re struggling with emotional regulation, you went to learn and improve your attachment style, you’re finding yourself anxious or depressed, or you find you’re lacking motivation and compassion for yourself – I am here for you and I’m ready to help you.
I work from a trauma-informed approach, using various modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment-based Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Depending on my client, I will use a mix of multiple approach’s that best suit my clients needs.
My approach to therapy is largely based on the fact that this time is for you. Many times in our busy lives, it can be hard to set time aside for ourselves to grow as a person. Therefore, during our time together, you will experience a space that’s designed just for you, thus allowing you the time, space, and resources to grow into the best version of you.
My practice is supervised by Aline Maia, Registered Psychotherapist, MA, M.Ed, CC-PMH
