Get to know Victor

Hey there! I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist desiring to help individuals, couples, and families, navigate life’s challenges and find joy in each stage of life. The models that I like to use are Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy with a predominant client-centred approach. I have worked collaboratively with clients to address issues such as anxiety, relationship struggles, and personal growth. Therapy with me involves a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Book with me today to begin your journey in creating a fulfilling and balanced life.
