I am passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and creating a judgment-free space to share their stories. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your path. I take a calm and soft therapeutic approach to counselling using Cognitive behavioural therapy, and strength-based approach! Most of my experience has been with children and youth, supporting them emotionally, socially and intellectually. I have worked with youth and grief for over two years and have a undergrad in child development, supporting children and youth in all different areas of life. I am here to offer you a caring and personalized approach that best suites your needs. I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated to achieve their goals.
