If you’re facing anxiety, difficulties in relationships, or working through past trauma, I provide a supportive space to help you gain self-awareness and foster lasting personal growth through compassion and genuine connection.
For those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burdened by grief, self-doubt, or patterns like perfectionism and people-pleasing, I offer a space to be truly heard. Together, we can explore challenges related to identity, career transitions, burnout, navigating adulthood, feelings of isolation, or adjusting to life across different cultures.
My work is person-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive, integrating narrative, psychodynamic, and strengths-based approaches. I also include hypnotherapy techniques to support clients in goals such as quitting smoking, managing phobias, relieving chronic pain, or improving mood and emotional regulation.
Entering therapy is a courageous step toward self-care. Though it may feel daunting, it can open the door to profound growth and healing—and I’m here to support you along the way.
I warmly welcome newcomers and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients, offering sessions in English and Italian.
I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), a certified hypnotherapist, and am currently completing my Master of Counselling practicum at City University of Seattle. I am a student member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
