Hello and welcome! I’m Thanujaa, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University. It’s a pleasure to join you on your path to personal growth and well-being.

My approach is deeply rooted in person-centered and solution-focused therapy, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Strength-Based methods.
