Get to know Tenveer

I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student currently completing my practicum as a student therapist. I aim to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe therapy is a journey we walk together, and I am committed to meeting each person where they are while exploring what feels meaningful and helpful for them. As I continue to learn and grow in my training, I bring openness, authenticity, and genuine care into each session. My hope is to support clients in gaining insight, building coping strategies, and moving toward personal growth and well-being.
