Get to know Taylor

I am a graduate intern currently seeing clients at Dig A Little Deeper. I aim to work together with clients to explore life changes and challenges, stresses, and interpersonal conflict, as well as work towards symptom management of ADHD, anxiety and depression, while exploring concepts of meaning making and goal achievement. My focus is personal centred with a holistic lens incorporated to ensure the therapeutic experience is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I aim to help individuals whose ages range from teen to older adults. I am available both virtually and in-person at the Dig A Little Deeper Bolton office. My availability is on Mondays (virtually) from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Wednesdays (virtually) from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and Saturdays (virtually and in-person) from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
If this interests you or anyone you know, I’d be more than happy to connect further. Please reach out to schedule a session!
