Hello, I am Tara Stube. M Ed., OCT
As a dedicated teacher with a passion for fostering growth and well-being, I am excited to embark on a new journey as a psychotherapist. My transition from education to psychotherapy stems from a deep-seated commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner resilience.
My background in education has equipped me with valuable skills in communication, empathy, and understanding diverse perspectives. Through years of working closely with students and colleagues, I have developed a profound appreciation for the power of human connection and the importance of creating a supportive environment for growth.
I am drawn to the field of psychotherapy because I believe in the transformative potential of therapy to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, cultivate self-awareness, and lead more fulfilling lives. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration, as I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I am currently completing my Practicum at Your Song Psychotherapy, where I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced clinicians. I am committed to continuing my professional development and am also excited about the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of individuals within the community.
