Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, struggling to find your footing, or feeling like you’re never quite in control? Perhaps you’re caught between cultures, dealing with anxiety, or battling a harsh inner critic that keeps you stuck in negative patterns. Or you could be navigating family or relationship issues, difficult emotions, or major life transitions. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, my goal is to help you explore the roots of these challenges, uncover what’s holding you back, and find a path forward that feels true to who you are.

I support individuals through trauma, self-esteem struggles, anger, grief, loss, burnout, and immigration challenges. My approach is compassionate, analytical, and client-centered, using evidence-based methods like psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and attachment-based therapies. My practice is inclusive of all socio-cultural identities.

As Viktor Frankl said, “Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. And in our response, lies our growth and freedom.” If you’re ready to explore that space and gain insight into what needs to change, please reach out for a free 30-minute consultation. – Sessions offered in English and Farsi.
