Sometimes the ways we’ve learned to cope, adapt, or stay safe can leave us disconnected from ourselves. I offer therapy for people exploring neurodivergence, identity, relationships, sensitivity, anxiety, and the lingering effects of environments where they felt misunderstood or out of place.
