I specialize in individual therapy for adults who want to better their wellbeing by improving coping skills, self esteem, and life balance. I firmly believe there is no “one size fits all” therapeutic approach that helps everyone. As a therapist, I emphasize the understanding of your unique experience so that together we can tailor a therapeutic plan that fits your needs. Every person has the strength and resiliency to improve their wellbeing, I would be honoured to support you in this journey.
