Get to know Sureya

Hi, I’m Kimberley.

I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they move through life’s challenges and discover new ways to build resilience, clarity, and hope.

As a mom, a partner in an interracial marriage, and someone who has lived and worked in different parts of the world, I’ve learned how important it is to see things from different perspectives and honour diverse experiences. These parts of my life shape how I show up in therapy, with openness, curiosity, and compassion, and always without judgment.

I believe we can’t always control what life brings, but we can choose how we respond. In our work together, I’ll support you in slowing down, tuning into your thoughts and emotions, and recognizing patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, work through the barriers in your way, and practice strategies that can help you feel more grounded and steady—even when life feels uncertain.

At the heart of my approach is a deep belief in the possibility of growth and positive change. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting therapy; sometimes the first step is simply reaching out.

With me, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to reflect openly, reconnect with yourself, and explore new ways forward. My commitment is to walk beside you as you turn challenges into opportunities for growth and create a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.
