Hi, I’m Subaita. As a South Asian immigrant, I bring a culturally aware, inclusive, and compassionate perspective to therapy. I speak both Bengali and English, and my personal and professional experiences shape my commitment to supporting individuals navigating identity, life transitions, and personal growth.

My background in social services and healthcare has allowed me to work with diverse communities across various settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how cultural, systemic, and relational factors impact mental health and well-being.

In my work, I take a client-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I tailor sessions to your individual needs and strengths. Whether you’re exploring your identity, managing stress, or going through a period of change, I’ll meet you with empathy and care.
