Get to know Stephanie

My therapeutic approach is client-centred, incorporating elements of evidence-based practices to provide individualized care. My ideal client is someone looking for a non-judgmental space where they can feel heard and understood while we explore their thoughts and concerns and work toward processing their experiences. This may include someone dealing with symptoms of stress, depression, or anxiety who is motivated to find coping strategies, build resilience, and enhance their overall well-being. With over eight years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in acute care, I bring a unique blend of practical knowledge and compassion to my counselling practice. This background has given me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges faced by individuals dealing with health crises, as well as the trauma experienced by frontline workers.
