Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I am currently accepting new clients as a Master of Social Work student through the University of Waterloo. I am a registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, and I approach my work with a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. My goal is to meet you where you are, offering a compassionate, warm, and safe space where you can feel truly heard and understood.
Together, we’ll work to develop new skills and set therapeutic goals that foster self-awareness and resilience. Drawing from a variety of experiences, I use integrative approaches that are anti-oppressive and always tailored to your unique needs. I’m here to support you in navigating personal challenges and exploring the larger systems around you, all through a non-judgmental and empathetic lens.
