I am dedicated to giving my clients an atmosphere that is safe, non-judgmental, and filled of encouragement in which to start their path to recovery and self-discovery. We can discuss your issues, set objectives, and develop a cooperative treatment plan that will enable you to take action. Assistance is offered at every turn when dealing with difficulties. I utilize approaches such as humanistic, ACT, CBT,DBT and solution-focused therapy.
