Get to know Sophia

Hey, I’m Sophia!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are right now, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this season by yourself. Whether you’re moving through pregnancy or the postpartum period, adjusting to hormonal changes, coping with anxiety or depression, or working through relationship challenges, I’m here to support you. With a strong foundation in biology, I take a holistic and individualized approach to therapy, offering a calm and caring space where you can feel safe and supported.

You may be carrying a lot, responsibilities, emotions, expectations, and need a place where you can set them down, even briefly. Perhaps you’re used to caring for others and are now learning how to care for yourself. Therapy can be a space to slow down and receive compassionate, non-judgmental support for whatever you’re experiencing. Our work together is collaborative: your voice is central, your experiences are respected, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods to ensure our work fits your unique needs. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to show up as our full selves, imperfections included. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and identify ways to create more ease, clarity, and connection in your life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Come as you are, and I’ll meet you there.
