Get to know Sophi

Hi everyone! My name is Sophi, I am a dedicated MSc student in Psychotherapy at McMaster University, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I am committed to helping individuals navigating mental health challenges, with a particular focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

My approach is empathetic, client centered, and collaborative. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. I work with clients to explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

I am guided by a deep passion for mental health and a strong belief in the power of therapy to promote healing and self-discovery. I strive to empower individuals through therapy by developing coping mechanisms and building on their resiliency.

I look forward to working alongside you as you move towards healing and personal growth.
