I am an Intern Therapist currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Concordia University Irvine, and I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Toronto.
We have all experienced moments where we don’t feel like ourselves. Something has changed or is missing, and getting back to your old self – or perhaps a better version of yourself on your own seems difficult. Having support does not mean you cannot do it on your own. It means you recognize you do not “have” to.
In a warm, caring, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, I work with clients to practice self-love and acceptance utilizing a culturally sensitive, collaborative, and strengths-based approach driven by your life stories and needs. A trauma, attachment, and anti-oppressive lens inform my work to transform old patterns and reactions from destructive to productive and help you move toward the peace you’ve been seeking.
Here is where you start, and I am more than happy to create a space with you that is willing to listen.

A Note on Student Therapists:
Student therapists meet entry-to-practice standards of qualification (example from Ontario). Student therapists may be focusing their learning on treating a specific population, issue or use of a specific type of therapy.
These are the areas of practice on which I am focusing my learning while in practicum:
