Do you need a safe space to heal your inner child and discover your authentic self? As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, my primary focus is to build a therapeutic bond where you feel safe exploring the impact of your relationship with your parents on your inner conflict and well-being. I am here to unconditionally accept you as you are, supporting you through the pain of unresolved family dynamics while guiding you toward healing, self-discovery, and emotional freedom. Wherever you are on this journey, I will meet you there.

Using an integrative approach that combines person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, narrative and existential therapies, I draw on my expertise in therapeutic interventions and personal experiences with family, self, and social conflict. I specialize in mother wounds, exploring the impact of this primary relationship on current functioning.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore life’s complexities and uncover deeper meaning in your experiences. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and understanding because I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and heard. If this resonates with you, reach out to me for a free consultation. I’d be honored to support you.
