I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges through a blend of mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. My approach emphasizes present-moment awareness and practical solutions, guiding clients toward meaningful change and personal growth.
