Sometimes clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and stuck, believing they should already have everything figured out. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I approach each client with compassion, respect, and openness, providing a safe and collaborative environment for growth. My practice is strength-based and trauma-informed, integrating elements of DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches. I support clients with anger management, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, communication difficulties, emotional regulation, family conflict, relationship challenges. I work with young and experienced adults, honouring their unique beliefs and values. I hold certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which helps clients replace distressing images linked to trauma with positive, empowering ones. I have also had the privilege of working with individuals in Addiction and Mental Health Centers, youth in conflict with the law as well as serving individuals with substance use issues at Addiction Treatment Centres. Services are offered in-person and virtually. I aim to help clients heal from childhood trauma and move beyond patterns that no longer serve them.
