Get to know Savannah

Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, seeking ways to manage the demands of daily life, or looking for support in understanding your neurodivergent identity. You might be living with a chronic condition and feeling isolated or misunderstood. Your goal could be to find clarity, resilience, and a sense of belonging in your journey toward acceptance and healing. You want to express your unique story and feel empowered to embrace your identity. I use Expressive Arts Therapy in my practice to help clients explore and work through their emotions. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and how creative expression might support your healing journey. This approach uses activities like drawing, music, movement, or other creative methods to help you process your feelings and experiences. If you’re ready to embark on this journey toward healing and self-exploration, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your mental health and chronic illness, finding resilience and inspiration along the way.
