Get to know Sasha

Welcome to the first step of putting you and your needs first. I am currently a Masters level practicum student in my Counselling Psychology program.

I recognize reaching out for mental health support isn’t always easy. As a therapist, I look to create a safe, respectful, and culturally-sensitive environment for you to find your strengths, increase self-acceptance, and explore self-made narratives.

I prioritize a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens as I draw from various evidence-based, therapeutic modalities. Through navigating my own healing journey, I also recognize the importance of taking an approach that fits your unique needs.

Your journey may have many moving parts- physical, emotional, mental, and emotional. I encourage you to come as you are; it is a privilege to support you. Using both my academic skills and deeply empathetic approach, together we will work towards a place where you desire, and deserve, to be.
