Looking at therapy sites can be daunting, especially if you are feeling out of sorts. You may feel exhausted, and it’s too difficult to decide. These feelings can overwhelm your senses, and you may feel detached from your thoughts, feelings, and even your body. Rest assured, you’ve landed at the right place. If you are reading this, you have taken the first step in answering your questions and seeking the help you need.

I’m Sarah, and as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my guiding philosophy is a person-centred, integrative approach that values everyone’s uniqueness and autonomy. Coming from a trauma-informed background, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming therapeutic environment for everyone, irrespective of their background or identity. From my various trainings, I favour therapeutic modalities from trauma-informed, mindfulness-based interventions, solution-focused, CBT, emotion-focused therapy and somatic therapy. At the core of my therapeutic practice is a belief in the transformative power of empathy. I want you to feel cared for as we build a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and genuine care.

Working with you is a collaboration, meaning you are not alone. I hope to empower you to navigate your challenges, cultivate self-compassion, and embark on a personal growth and healing journey. We will build a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and authentically. I offer a free consultation to see if we are the right fit.
