Are you feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, caught up in old stories and beliefs about yourself and your life? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by stress and other emotions, making life’s tasks more difficult? Do you have a difficult time talking about the challenges you’re facing? I can help you to manage your emotions, recognize and utilize your strengths, and help you break old patterns and ways of thinking.

My down-to-earth, approachable style to counseling is a great match for someone struggling to open up and be vulnerable. I will create a safe and comfortable space for those looking for an empathetic and non-judgmental ear. I focus on understanding and supporting you without labeling or blaming, so that you will feel empowered and uplifted in your ability to address life’s stresses.
