Get to know Sarah

Sarah is a psychotherapy intern currently completing the Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy (MEd) degree at the University of Toronto. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Guelph University and a Trauma Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University. With over four years of hands-on experience working in supportive housing and mental health services, Sarah has developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges faced by diverse populations, including those who are most vulnerable. Her practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive stance and trauma-informed care with the aim of empowering you to find resilience, resources and supports, while holding space to honor your story. Sarah’s approach is also not a one-size-fits all—she listens for your needs, strengths and stuck-points in order to find approaches that will give you the maximum benefit.

Her goal is to empower you on your journey toward healing and personal growth, provide tailor-made support, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and empathy along the way. With accessibility in mind, you can access Sarah’s sessions at just $80 per session (with 2 sliding spots available).
