Get to know Sarah

I’m a student therapist who believes in creating a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and make sense of what’s going on inside. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth — we’ll move at your pace, explore what’s showing up in your life, and work together to find clarity and direction. I draw from approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and mindfulness, tailoring each session to your needs in the moment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure where to start, therapy with me is a space to unpack it all without judgment and begin reconnecting with yourself.
