Sally holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in psychology and biology from the University of Toronto and is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and she stays current with effective therapeutic methods through ongoing training and research.
Sally builds strong connections with clients through empathy and understanding, respecting their unique perspectives and cultural backgrounds. She provides a safe, confidential space for exploring personal relationships, work-life balance, life transitions, anxiety and stress management, self-esteem, personal growth, coping with change, communication skills, emotional regulation, and overall wellness.
