Get to know Safa

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or trapped by past experiences that seem impossible to escape? Navigating life’s transitions and challenges can be tough, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I also provide specialized support for women dealing with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum challenges and intergenerational trauma, making sure that all aspects of your experience are addressed with care and empathy.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed practices, I aim to help you build resilience and find clarity. With over a decade of experience in physical rehabilitation and a deep passion for helping others, I work collaboratively with you to identify and achieve your personal goals.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting but it’s also the first step toward healing and personal growth. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 30 minute consultation. Let’s begin your therapeutic journey together.
