As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I support clients in understanding their mind, body, and social environment – so they can feel grounded, optimistic, and more like themselves again.
My approach is a blend of somatic and psychodynamic therapy, with a focus on acceptance, commitment and mindfulness. With a background in crisis support as well as teaching music, I want to help you recognise your patterns and build skills that resonate with your unique personality.
