I focus on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and narcissistic abuse using Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioural, Solution-Focused, and Client-Centered psychotherapy. I also help with overcoming grief, reducing substance use, and managing illness and change.
I hope that therapy will be a valuable experience for you. I work with clients from all identities and backgrounds. All clients are treated with dignity and respect.
