You might be navigating anxiety, acculturation stress, self-criticism, or the lingering effects of past experiences, and perhaps you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone. I work with clients seeking deeper self-understanding, and ways to reclaim their inherent worth and feel at home in themselves again. Growing up in Japan and later immigrating to Canada as a teenager taught me the complexities of belonging, identity, and change. Whether you feel stuck or isolated in your experience, we can begin to untangle what feels heavy, and we can co-create space to slow down, feel, and imagine new possibilities.
Our work begins with gentle curiosity about what’s showing up for you. I integrate expressive arts, body-based awareness, DBT and relational therapy to support you in reconnecting with your inner knowing, your story, and what matters most to you. When life makes it hard to see your own strengths, I will hold that vision until you can see it too.
As a multilingual immigrant who understands the challenges of living in-between, I create a culturally safe, anti-oppressive space where every part of you is seen and well-held. As a pre-licensed professional and Expressive Arts Therapist in training under clinical supervision, I strive to be a companion on your journey, meeting you where you are.
