My work as a counsellor is rooted in a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with their values, and move toward self-understanding and healing.

I don’t believe in rigid frameworks or cold office dynamics, I prefer to meet you where you are, bringing curiosity, compassion, and flexibility into the therapeutic space. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, integrating person-centered, holistic, and strength-based modalities, to create a supportive environment that fits your unique needs.
