Get to know Reva

My experience and passion stems from 23 years of sports participation, as well as many hours of coaching and mentoring. Igniting my interest in helping people in a counselling setting.

It is my priority to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where clients from diverse backgrounds can feel comfortable opening up and being vulnerable. My role is to support you as you navigate your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, so that you can work toward becoming the best version of yourself and achieving your goals in a compassionate and supportive environment. I deeply value your autonomy and believe that you already hold the strength and ability to create the changes you wish to see in your daily life.

Using a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, we will work together to explore the root causes of your challenges and build practical strategies, coping skills, and tools that foster sustainable, long-term change. My goal is to help you move forward with tools to handle overwhelming emotions as you navigate large life transitions or past traumas.

I understand that taking the first step toward counselling can feel overwhelming. Simply considering this journey is something to be proud of. If you feel ready, I would be honoured to walk alongside you. I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation as the first step toward your goals.

As a student I am able to offer affordable and flexible scheduling options. $25/individual session and $50 for couples.
