As a counselor specializing in children, youth, and families, I am dedicated to promoting positive change and emotional well-being. With extensive training in child and adolescent development, I offer tailored, evidence-based strategies to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. I believe in the power of early intervention and empowering young individuals to develop healthy emotional regulation skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
