Get to know Rebecca

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Registered Psychotherapist passionate about helping adults reconnect mind and body and trust their inner wisdom. I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and late-diagnosed ADHD. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up as we truly are. Together, we’ll build clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

I take an integrative approach, drawing primarily from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), informed by polyvagal theory and the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model.

I hold a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and am a second-year doctoral student in the same program. I’m completing my advanced practicum at Transforming Emotions under the supervision of Dr. Emma Wookey and Dr. Sarah Thompson.
