Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or identity questions? You don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your emotions and life experiences, including cultural identity, immigration stress, and past trauma. My journey has shaped my deep understanding of belonging and resilience, from growing up in poverty in China to studying abroad, becoming a corporate professional, and later supporting students with various needs. As a parent of two neurodivergent, mixed-race young adults, I also recognize the complexities of family dynamics and cultural identity.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under supervision, I take an integrative approach, blending past and present insights to foster self-awareness and change. With warmth and openness, I incorporate experiential techniques like creative exercises and mindfulness to foster confidence, clarity, and balance.
I take the time to truly understand you — your story, your struggles, and what matters most to you. I believe in your inner strength, and together, we can uncover resilience and create a life aligned with your values. I offer sessions in English and Mandarin. If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation.
