Get to know Paulette

Hi, I’m Paulette. As a psychotherapy intern at Rooted in Resilience, I work with couples, families, young adults, and seniors who are seeking stronger connections, healthier communication, and greater self-confidence. My approach draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and I can thoughtfully integrate Spiritually Integrated Therapy for clients who wish to include it.

As a Jamaican-Canadian, I bring a multicultural perspective to therapy and an openness to the diverse ways people find meaning and resilience. I am committed to walking alongside you as you navigate challenges, foster healing, and create meaningful change in your life.
