Hi, I’m Olivia Shi. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology to become a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. I also hold a Master’s degree in Basic Medicine, which allows me to approach mental health with an integrated perspective, considering both the mind and body in the healing process. I also write non-fiction about gender, sexuality, and social justice, which has deepened my understanding of how societal structures and cultural expectations can shape our mental health, especially for those navigating issues of identity, marginalization, and belonging. Whether you’re navigating stress from school, work, family, or society, or working through deeper challenges like trauma or transition, I’m here to support you. My therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can express your emotions, explore your inner world, and reconnect with your values and strengths. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
