I believe that therapy is first and foremost a human connection, a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported just as you are. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and intern therapist, I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, burnout, school or work stress, relationship challenges, or big emotions that feel hard to manage. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and explore what’s been weighing on you, without judgment or pressure.
I see therapy as a partnership. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and tools that align with your values and goals. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, unsure, or simply in need of a space to breathe, you deserve support. You don’t have to go through this alone, and I would be honoured to walk with you on this part of your journey.
