I am dedicated to helping you discover your inner strengths and achieve personal growth. Through our work together, we’ll unlock your potential and foster a sense of empowerment and fulfillment. I aim to provide the tools and techniques to explore your inner self and personal patterns.
I am a counselor working towards completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Niagara University and becoming registered as a Psychotherapist. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Aquinas College.
My professional journey has allowed me to work with adults and teens, utilizing a psychodynamic approach combined with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My treatment style is tailored to each client, emphasizing a client-centered integrated approach.
In this dynamic process, I guide and collaborate with each client, facilitating their personal journey toward emotional well-being and overall growth. I have experience in helping individuals deal with various psychological challenges, including addictions, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal issues.
Beyond my professional life, I love exercising and spending time with my two pets!
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
