Get to know Muna

Hello, my name is Muna! Congrats on taking your first step towards your self-development journey! It takes courage to reach out. Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of others’ expectations, feeling stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Relationships might feel overwhelming, or you may notice sadness, low mood, or constant worry. We all have our own unique stories. Whatever you’re carrying, you’re not alone. I’m here with you, and to support you. I offer a free 50-minute initial session so you can get a feel and make sure you feel comfortable and safe moving forward together, because that foundation truly matters in this journey.

I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is culturally responsive and grounded in evidence-based care. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts and emotions, process experiences at your pace, and build practical tools to help you feel more balanced and empowered.

We’ll work together to make sense of your story, reclaim your worth, and move forward with practical tools, clarity, and a little bit of humour (because laughing is healing too!). I believe growth happens through collaboration, not correction, and that deep healing starts when you feel truly seen.
